[Till is very aware that the Netbook isn't exactly private. He doesn't particularly care if people see his conversation with Mephisto, it's just more that it's not really anyone else's business to know what they're doing. So as much as it would be more convenient to just reach out to him that way first, he decides to just go see him in person, sketchbook underneath his arm. Wherever Mephisto can be found, the Inn or otherwise, Till will approach him and offer him his sketchbook to look at.]

[ Mephisto is easy enough to find. He's pretty much always in the Archives, now more than happy to take it over. He's still terrified of the Kal'tsit apparition, and the Mon3tr-looking thing that puts the files and books away, but he's putting up with it well enough. So long as he doesn't mess with them, they don't really do anything. ]
House-? [ Beat. ] Oh, you're seriously working with that, then? [ C'mon, Mephisto, did you expect him NOT to? (Yes, actually, why would Till still want to live with a bastard like him?) ]
Da, let me see. Put plans on table, I'll have look. [ He says this as he shoves aside several files he's been looking at. ]
Well, yeah. Unless you really planned on staying at the Inn from now on?
[Once the other files have been moved aside, Till will open up his sketchbook there so Mephisto can have a look. Right away, he'll see that Till has taken advantage of the entire spread of the two pages put together to draw out what is essentially a floor plan, with a smaller, kindof mock-up of what the outside of the house might look like. It's a modest dwelling- he's never lived in anything that wasn't just a singular, small room, but he's had a little more to see and get some ideas from since then- with plenty of space for two. Two bedrooms, a living space + kitchen arrangement, with an extra room set aside for whatever they want it to be, really. A library, a study...he knows Mephisto likes the archives, after all. Till himself doesn't need more than his own room, and he doesn't dare hope for more than that.
Till draws an invisible circle with his finger around the house as he talks.]
I don't know if we can pick where it ends up, but if it isn't too bunched up against the other buildings, we could probably add stuff around it on the outside later. ...I dunno, maybe it'd look nice.
My plans weren't really… well-concocted, I suppose. In terms of my living situation. Back home, I just slept in whatever was available to me. Empty buildings, warehouses, under awnings, things like that. I just... [ "Didn't expect you to actually want to live with someone like me." ]

[Oh...you know what alright sure, he's used to this at this point. He'll allow the hand-grabbing as they get up, letting Mephisto tug him until he takes the lead forward as they head outside.]
I'm not unprepared. I just...don't really go talk to them that much. Leave it to me to accidentally say something stupid or offensive, and then we don't get the house after all.
